Description

NOTE: This RFQ is a refresh of RFQ-11046, which was posted on BC Bid between December 19, 2019 and January 28, 2020. The purpose of this refresh is to qualify additional vendors for the List of Qualified Suppliers; those who have already qualified are not required to respond to this RFQ Refresh.

The Public Guardian and Trustee is seeking IT Consultants with experience in the Roles identified below to supplement the existing IT team (a combination of PGT staff and contracted resources) on a variety of IT projects and initiatives. These Roles include:

1. Project Managers
2. Business Analysts
3. Technical Architects
4. Programmer Analysts
5. Technical Support Analysts
6. Systems Administrators
7. Database and Security Administrators
8. Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts
9. Report Writers
10. Training Consultants

Respondents who are not yet Qualified Suppliers Must apply to all ten (10) of the above-noted Roles, and Must meet all Mandatory requirements and minimum scores for no less than eight (8) of these Roles. Any Qualified Supplier who did not qualify in all 10 Roles in the original RFQ-11046 are welcome to respond for only those Roles that they did not qualify.
