Description

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a list of Law Firms who could provide support to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) in carrying out its regulatory processes including advising on legal issues pertaining to proceedings, and reviewing documents and decisions prior to release, attending proceeding meetings, procedural conferences, workshops and oral hearings are related to applications.

Based on the review of the RFQ Responses, the BCUC intends to establish a List of Pre-Qualified Law Firms who, on an "as, if and when requested" basis, may be contracted directly, or asked to compete, to enter into a Contract for provision of the services.
