APC-LI-RFQ04 - RFQ for List of Designated Agencies to provide support to foreign graduate entrepreneurs and conduct an Analysis of Business Plan Documents pertaining to Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) Applications.

The Government of Alberta requests Proposals from Agencies meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Qualification (RFQ) to establish a List of Designated Agencies.
Designated Agencies may be contracted by Applicants to the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) to provide Services described under Section 1.3.1 and each as further described in the Designated Agencies Agreement, attached in Appendix 1 of this RFQ.
Applicants to the AINP will be required to select a Designated Agencies from the List to perform the Services. Pricing for the Services will be determined by and established between the Designated Agencies and the Applicant as part of their Contract.
The GoA will use the information from the Designated Agency’s Report as an input in its evaluation of the Application to the AINP. The AINP will have sole discretion and responsibility to draw conclusions and make any necessary decisions on such Applications.
The role of Designated Agencies will be to provide all of the services in the RFQ including marketing, vetting and supporting foreign graduates. The deliverables to the AINP will be a Letter of Recommendation and Business Plan Evaluation Report.
Foreign graduate will be invited to apply by the AINP based on the recommendation from a Designated Agency. Business Performance Agreement will be a formal agreement between the applicant and the GoA and will include requirements around business investment, job creation and establishing an eligible business in Alberta.
