Description

This Request for Bids ("RFB") is an invitation to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of banking services. This RFB is issued by the Ontario Financing Authority ("OFA") on behalf of the Province as represented by the Minister of Finance, on behalf of the OFA, and on behalf of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation.
Scope of Work
The primary objective of this RFB is to procure banking products and services for the Province including its Ministries’ wide range of banking needs. The Deliverables include treasury-type and cash management banking products and services to enable the Province to make disbursements, accept deposits, carry out borrowing activities through the capital markets and assist in related operations. It is expected that most, if not all, of the requirements can be met through standard product offerings without significant customization.
