Description

Strathcona County uses Autodesk products for its Civil Infrastructure designs. The products are used across multiple departments with several users. The projects range from transportation, urban development, utilities infrastructure, asset management to GIS mapping. We also work with ESRI Enterprise Geodatabase 10.5.1 data, see attached ITS Standards for further information.
Strathcona County is looking to renew its subscription of Autodesk products and technical support for these products (see Section B Material Disclosures). The typical support demand is between 20-40 hours per year. The successful proponent will provide the option for a one year or a three-year subscription. The three-year subscription is pending council budget approvals, with the option in favor of the Strathcona County to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions. The extension will be granted based on satisfactory performance and budget approval.
With Autodesk new licensing we would like to consolidate several AEC Collection serial numbers into one. Also, with this we would like to bridge the Renewal of BIM 360 Docs #1 to align with the products with an expiry date of February 2, 2021.
