Due to COVID-19, all tender openings will be conducted in private in order to ensure compliance to the social distancing measures the provincial health authority has implemented.
The successful contractor will be required to produce a COVID 19 Infection Prevention and Control Protocol.
If the successful contractor will be providing accommodation of any type to their employees, they will be required to complete the online Attestation Form for each accommodation location, found here: https://comfort.pathfinder.gov.bc.ca/app/forestrysectoropscreening/
Sealed tenders for the following Survey Contract will be received by the Timber Sales Manager, BC Timber Sales, Kamloops Business Area, 1265 Dalhousie Drive, Kamloops BC V2C 5Z5, up to 2:00 P.M. (local time) on February 2, 2021 at which time tender submissions will be opened in private. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened.

Deadline for receiving questions is 1:00 p.m., January 21, 2021.
If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by 1:00 P.M. January 26, 2021.
Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package.
The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
This solicitation is subject to the Trade, Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement (TILMA), the national Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO GPA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
Effective January 1, 2020, unless certain exceptions apply, all vendors must provide a Tax Verification Letter to demonstrate they meet certain tax obligations before the Province may sign, extend or renew a contract valued at equal to or above $100,000 (including all fees, expenses and all options to extend or renew). Bidders that are not registered with BC Bid® can register by selecting Start your e-Service, Supplier Registration on the BC Bid® home page. Bidders are strongly encouraged to select "Send Me Amendments" as an option on the Opportunity Notice published on BC Bid®. By selecting this option a registered Bidder will be automatically notified of any addenda that may be issued.
Rankings of lowest to high bids will be posted in unverified bid results.
