CN-43-FY21 - NSLC Sydney Mines Renovation

GENERAL
1.1 The intent of this tender is to solicit bids to perform the Work as defined in this Tender.
1.2 The project consists of an Interior Renovation at NSLC Sydney Mines Retail Store (the “Project”) located at 49 Pitt Street, Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia.
1.3 As the retail store will remain open during renovation, construction is to be phased to allow for access to coolers, office areas, and warehouse areas at all times. Phasing costs including additional hoarding, cleaning, etc. are to be included in the price submitted.
1.4 Owner requires electronic copies of all Operation and Maintenance manuals/As Builts, to be issued upon completion of the project.

A non-mandatory site meeting can be arranged by request. Please email Tracey Darrigan to request an appointment. Appointments will take place on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. 30 minute appointments at either 1:00pm or 1:30pm will be available with a maximum of 4 contractors per time slot. With the current restrictions on gatherings, only one representative is permitted for each contractor. Attendees must maintain 6- foot separation from each other and wear appropriate PPE including a nonmedical mask.
