Notice is hereby given by the Town of Stony Plain (Town) of the intent to direct award a contract Clark’s Supply & Service Ltd. (the “Supplier”), to provide:

One (1) 2018 Smithco Sweep Star unit. (76-000DF Tri wheel) New
• Gas 24 hp engine with dust and filtration system (76-271)
• 3 cubic yard capacity hopper with Hydraulic lift and dump
• ROPS, warning lights, LED signal lights
