Description

This Request for Quotations (“RFQ”) is an invitation by Halifax Regional Municipality (“HRM”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Janitorial Services – Multiple Dartmouth Locations

The tender will be evaluated and awarded in full to one vendor for the following locations:

• Findlay Community Centre – 26 Elliot Street, Dartmouth
• Fairbanks Centre – 54 Locks Road, Dartmouth
• Beazley Fieldhouse & Grandstand – 56 Caledonia Road, Dartmouth
• Caledonia Depot & Greenhouses – 62 Caledonia Road, Dartmouth
• Municipal Archives & Records Centre – 81 Ilsley Avenue, Dartmouth
• Fire Logistics & Warehouse – 43 Borden Avenue, Dartmouth

Mandatory Meeting: A mandatory bidders’ meeting and site visit is scheduled for February 3, 2021. All interested vendors are required to meet promptly at 8:30 AM local time outside the main entrance of Findlay Centre located at 26 Elliot Street, Dartmouth, NS. Interested vendors are required to attend all sites and will provide their own transportation to and from the meeting.

Please note: Per Nova Scotia Public Health guidelines, mandatory use of non-medical face masks are required during the site visit and social distancing (6 feet) will be observed. Vendors are required to have their own face mask. In order to maintain social distancing, only one representative per vendor will be able to attend the site visit.
