IMPORTANT:

REQUIREMENT: Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of picture frames and associated hardware / related products on an "as and when" requested basis to various Maritime Forces Atlantic (MARLANT) customers predominantly within the Halifax Regional Municipality.

PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER: The period of the Standing Offer will be for three (3) years from award with the option of two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

BASIS OF SELECTION: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
