WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Janitorial Services Government House in the grounds of the Quebec Citadelle at 1, Côte de la Citadelle, Quebec City, G1R 3R2. The services must be provided in accordance with all sections and appendices included in the Specifications of the Request for Proposal.

The contract period is for a period of (2) years from April 1, 2021, with the possibility of three (3) option years to one year each.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT : - February 11, 2021 at – 10AM

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we ask the proponents to limit the number of representatives to two individuals (2) and to comply with applicable hygiene measures.

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than February 9, 2021 at 2:00 PM to confirm attendance and provide the name (s) of the person (s) who will attend.

Instructions will be emailed to you. Bidders must then, at their discretion, submit their questions to the Contracting Authority by email following the visit as no details can be answered during the site survey. Any clarifications or changes made to the bid solicitation as a result of the site visit will be included in the bid solicitation as an amendment.
