Pre-qualified Electrical Engineering Consultants

Only Electrical Engineering firms prequalified by the Owner for Acute Care Projects with project fees greater than $150K may respond to this RFP. The Owner will not consider a Proposal from a firm not already prequalified Acute Care Projects with project fees greater than $150K.

The successful Proponent to this RFP shall become a Restricted Party and shall not be permitted to join as part of any consortium (DB, DBf, DBFM, private developer, etc.) competing in any selection process for the procurement of the New St. Paul's Hospital Project (including Phase 1a and 1b).
