Description

This is not a bid solicitation. This is an advance notice of anticipated project procurement solicitations to select proponents to join Strathcona County’s (the “County”) Integrated Project Delivery Team (the “IPD Team”) to design and construct a new Indoor Fieldhouse located in Strathcona County (the “Project”). A Request for Proposals #21.0020 Integrated Project Delivery Team – General Contractor for the Indoor Fieldhouse (the “RFP #21.0020”) has already been issued to select a general contractor to join the IPD Team. This notice is intended to provide interested prospective proponents in the disciplines of architecture, civil and geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical and turf an opportunity to prepare for meeting the County’s anticipated procurements to select additional IPD Team members from each of these disciplines. Note that there is no guarantee that this Project or the anticipated procurements will proceed as planned and the timelines for the Project are not finalized and are subject to change.
