RFP Scope:

The Internal Audit (IA) Department at FCC takes a flexible, risk-based approach to selecting audit and advisory engagements irrespective of in-house expertise. We cover all aspects of a large financial Crown Corporation ranging from front office, back office and technical functions. We rely on external organizations where our existing skill sets and capabilities need to be augmented.

IA wishes to engage one or more qualified organizations with the required audit, advisory and technical skills to supplement our internal audit resources and expertise. These organizations will work closely alongside our IA team to provide forward looking, value-add advice and assurance to FCC. IA will work with the Proponent(s) to align its methodology and tools with FCC process and culture as each engagement requires. The successful Proponent(s) will have the technical knowledge, certifications and experience to supplement the current IA team, when required.
