Description

Notice is hereby given that the WCB invites qualified Vendors to participate in a Expression of Interest (EOI) process to collaborate in confirming the requirements to prepare a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) to implement a Project Portfolio Management solution at the WCB.
The WCB is in the early stages of establishing the requirements and criteria to prepare a formal RFP to implement a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution.
The WCB requires an enhanced decision-making processes to further enable management to reach consensus on the best use of resources that are achievable and strategically aligned with business goals and objectives. This involves the need to document and maintain project artifacts, financials, assess candidate ideas in relation to business objectives, and analyze impacts across the organizations, as well as develop portfolio roadmaps for execution.

For detailed information, Vendors interested in participating are requested to electronically submit a “Vendor Expression of Interest Statement” under the Requested Information area within the Bonfire portal https://wcbab.bonfirehub.ca/portal, on or before 2:00:00 p.m., Alberta Time, March 18, 2021.
