Description

Please refer to the attached Sourcing Event Notification for details on how to access and submit bids for this opportunity.

The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Negotiated Request for Proposal for the provision of single axle, tandem axle and 3/4 ton water trucks as well as water cannons to provide mobile watering services for trees, flowers and other greenery at various locations throughout the City of Edmonton, as well as tree establishment labour. Services will be provided on an if, as, and when required basis as directed by the City.

The City will evaluate and award contracts for each of the following four categories:
1. Single Axle Water Trucks
2. Tandem Axle Water Trucks
3. 3/4 Ton Water Truck
4. Water Cannons

Each category shall have a callout list generated which will be used to assign Work. Bidders may submit a bid for all, one or any combination of the categories listed in this Sourcing Event.
