Description

The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from RFEOI and Pre-qualification for Demolition Contractors #162-09/17, Re-openings #187-10/18 and #176-08/20 to complete the specified Work. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.

Only the following Pre-Qualified General Contractors will be invited to tender this project:

· 3R Demolition Corp.
· MWL Demolition LTD.
· Pacific Blasting & Demolition Ltd.
· T&T Demolition LTD
· Clearview Demolition Ltd.
· Division 2 Contracting Ltd.

An OPTIONAL site visit for this Tender will be held on March 23rd, 2021 commencing at 9:30AM. Tenderers are requested to meet on job site and shall wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the duration of the site visit. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the City requests that visitors fill out the COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit and email to purchasing.
