Amendment 3 for Solicitation W168E-20FS03/A is issued to amend the closing date of the solicitation, from April 15, 2021 to April 20, 2021 and to insert some additional information to Annex B-1 regarding bid submission.

Suppliers should review the entire solicitation document to ensure they understand what is required with their offer submission.

1. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Western Region, on behalf of

Department of National Defence, has a requirement for Regional Individual Standing Offers

(RISOs) for the supply, delivery and offloading of Miscellaneous Groceries on an as and when

requested basis to CFB Wainwright, in Denwood Alberta for the period of the Standing Offer.

2. The period of the Standing Offers will be for six months, Period A from June 1, 2021 to November

30, 2021 and Period B December 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022, with

applicable refresh and rebid

periods as indicated in Annex A and Annex B of this document.

3. There will be one Standing Offer awarded per commodity, if one supplier is successful in more

than one commodity, then the commodities will be combined for that supplier.

Otherwise there

will be up to four standing Offers issued for this requirement for each six month period.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
