Dutton Dunwich Municipal Pool - RFP- Rehabilitation of Pool Deck and Circulation system At the Dutton Dunwich Municipal Pool

The scope of the work involved with the indicated RFP will include the following:
1. Cutting concrete deck into slabs to be loaded onto Municipal dump trucks and hauled away. Trucking and disposal fees are not to be included in quote.
2. Removal of Winter Safety Cover, drain pool, remove ladders.
3. Trench pool deck for new plumbing lines.
4. Run new 1 1/2” and 2” Rigid PVC Schedule 40 plumbing lines from outside wall of mechanical room at header. 10 Returns to be plumbed.
5. Core drill and install 10 new return fitting, grout and plaster. Page 13 of 16
6. Backfill new lines with sand and gravel.
7. Prepare base for new concrete including wire mesh.
8. Pour concrete deck using 32c2 concrete - quote based on 6,400 sq ft to a maximum depth of 6”
9. Saw cut concrete for stress cracking.
10. Clean and fill pool (water supplied by Municipality), install safety cover so that new brass deck anchors can be installed, remove safety cover, install new 36” Stainless Steel Commercial Grade ladders - one 3 step and one 4 step.
11. Replace the media in the sand filters.
12. Repair the pool building blocks under the window on west side.
13. Open the pool to ensure proper operation and water quality.
