Description

Tender submissions will be received electronically for “Oak Bay Fire Department Supply and Installation of a Standby Power Generator: Contract OBFD 01-2021" by the District of Oak Bay to 2:00:00 pm local time on MAY 14, 2021

Work of this Contract comprises the replacement of the two existing standby power generators at the Oak Bay Fire Department with a new minimum 100KW 120/240 volt, self-contained, diesel powered generator. Additional work consists of removal and disposal of redundant transfer switches, wiring, fuel lines and tanks, air intake ductwork and exhaust systems. There will also be some civil works required for concrete pad for the generator, concrete wall for generator protection and building connections.

A MANDATORY pre-tender meeting will be held for all prospective Tenderers at the Oak Bay Fire Department at 1703 Monterey Avenue , Victoria, BC at 10:00 AM Local Time on FRIDAY APRIL 30, 2021. Physical distancing protocol will be in effect at the site meeting. Tenders from non-attendees will be rejected by the Corporation of the District of Oak Bay and returned unopened to the Tenderer.
