Description

This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

The City of Calgary, Calgary Police Service, requires the services of a qualified consulting firm to assist in the co-development and delivery of the Calgary Police Service Anti-Racism strategy with our communities and members.
Services include community and stakeholder identification and engagement; strategic planning; recommending performance measures, supporting communication and initial launch of this action. The purpose is to define and inform Calgary Police Service’s Anti-Racism work currently underway through engagement and feedback and to develop the Calgary Police Service Anti-Racism strategy with the Calgary Police Service Action Committee leads.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
