Description

WORK OF THIS CONTRACT
Work of this Contract comprises the following:
1. Mobilization and demobilization

2. Develop Equestrian Campground including;
- Develop loop roads
- Develop camp sites
- Develop equestrian trail
- Supply boards, assemble and install picnic tables
- Install fire pits
- Install hitching rails
- Build and install vault toilet buildings and tanks
- Supply and install waste and recycle bins
- Install self register kiosk
- Supply posts and install signs
- Supply and install gates
- Landscape and seed any disturbed area

3. Develop parking lot including;
- Cut, haul out, excavate, grade and prepare base and sub base
- Supply, haul, place and compact fill material where required
- Develop parking lot as per attached details
- Supply and install culverts
- Supply and install horse corrals
- Supply and install boulder rocks
- Supply and install wheel stops
- Landscape and seed any disturbed area
