COSG-CSD-2021-002 - Community Inclusion Initiative - Accessibility Audit

The RFP is seeking consultants experienced in accessibility audits and universal design elements. Experienced auditor(s) are requested to audit four City facilities: City Hall, Jubilee Park, the Agrena, and Elks Hall. The vendor will audit each site for opportunities to integrate universal design elements that will enable all patrons, regardless of ability and identity, to feel comfortable, safe, and welcome in that space. Through this audit, the vendor will provide an assessment of each site’s current level of accessibility, and recommend in detail a spectrum of options for improving the accessibility and inclusivity of each. These options should range in approximate costs to implement. The vendor will also identify the level of risks, universal benefits and foreseeable outcomes for each option.
Vendors are invited to consider any unique demographic lenses that would add value to the audit process while remaining within budget.
