THIS WILL BE THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY FOR REVIEW OF EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE - BUILDINGS DIVISION REPRESENTATIVES AND ALL THE CONSULTANT PRESENT AND AVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ARISING FROM THE REVIEW OF THE SITE AND THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
