Description

The Province intends to enter into an SSA with a single legal entity for a period of 1 year. The Province anticipates the Term of the SSA will commence on June 30, 2021. The Province, in its sole discretion, will confirm the actual start and end dates for the Application Services when finalizing the SSA.
The Province has a requirement for Services to support the migration from a Micro Focus/Novell environment to a new Microsoft 365 platform for all areas within Alberta Courts (Courts). The Microsoft migration project will establish a single enterprise-grade Microsoft environment for the Court of Appeal, Court of Queen’s Bench, Provincial Court, Court Technology Services (CTS) and Resolution and Court Administration Services (RCAS).
