Description

The City of Grande Prairie is requesting detailed and comprehensive submissions from qualified and experienced proponents to provide design and construction of all work necessary for the expansion and renovation of the SPCA animal shelter located at 12220 – 104 Avenue, Grande Prairie, AB.

SUMMARY OF WORK

Replace and relocate existing septic holding tank with larger capacity septic holding tank and tie into existing sanitary line(s).
Construct garage on the east end of the existing facility as an open concept space with provision for future demising.
Construct four (4) new parking stalls on the east end of the south side parking lot.
Relocate existing garbage disposal bin.
Site grading to improve overall drainage on the site.
ALL Works must be completed on or before November 30, 2021.
The facility must remain fully functional during construction.
