Description

MEMBRANE ROOFING
.1 Remove the existing roofing membrane systems on the specified roof sections in
accordance with these specifications. Refer to Section 02 41 19 Selective Demolition.
.2 On Roof Section 1, apply membrane roofing system in accordance with Built Up
Roofing, Cold Applied, Section 07 51 13 and in accordance with the drawings.
.3 Supply and install all metal flashings related to the membrane roofing in accordance with
Sheet Metal Flashing and Claddings Section 07 62 00 and accordance with the drawings.
.4 On the west entrance canopy, supply and install all metal cladding in accordance with
Sheet Metal Flashing and Claddings Section 07 62 00 and accordance with the drawings.
.5 Supply and install sheet metal roof specialties in accordance with Sheet Metal Roof
Specialties Section 07 63 00.
.6 Provide a Ten (10) Year ARCA Warranty Certificate. Refer to Section 07 52 11 Modified
Bituminous Membrane.
1.5 MECHANICAL
.1 Supply and install new internal roof drains. Refer to Mechanical Section 23 05 00.
.2 Temporarily remove all roof top equipment as required to complete re-roofing, and reinstall
afterwards. Refer to Mechanical Requirements Section 23 05 00 and Electrical
Requirements Section 26 05 00.
.3 Supply and install new HVAC unit and duct system. Remove and dispose of existing.
Refer to Mechanical Requirements Section 23 05 00.
.4 Supply and install THREE (3) new kitchen air extractors. Remove and dispose of
