Description

The mechanical contractor shall include all associated work including Prime Contractor duties, trade coordination, electrical, structural slab, construction scheduling and any code upgrade. Provide a complete project as instructed to meet defined system performances, materials (boilers and circulators to be provided by FrancoSud), configuration and proposed schedule. Major equipment such as boilers and circulators to be provided by FrancoSud.on encompassing all trades and conditions of work.
• Contractor shall provide complete shop drawing information under this contract to FrancoSud Prime Consultant prior to ordering materials for approval.
• Final documentation to be submitted to Project Contact shall include letter of completion, warranty certificate, contractor as-built markups and shop drawing data with physical and performance data. Refer to Contract Document Package in for full submittal requirements of as-built drawings and service maintenance manuals.
