Description

The St. Lawrence Parks Commission (SLPC) is planning to post a Bid for the operation and maintenance of Skywood Eco Adventure Park in Mallorytown, Ontario. The SLPC is looking for one (1) vendor to perform these services.
It is anticipated that this procurement will be posted on Jaggaer on or around August 11, 2021 for a period of forty-five (45) days.
Scope of Work
The St. Lawrence Parks Commission (SLPC) is seeking to procure a suitable Vendor for the operation and maintenance of the Skywood Eco Adventure Park (Skywood) in Mallorytown, Ontario. The purpose of this RFB is to identify and procure a highly experienced, capable and qualified Vendor with all of the required knowledge, skills, expertise and training considered necessary to operate the Skywood Eco Adventure Park attraction on behalf of SLPC and under the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) for Amusement Device Licensing and Guidelines. The Vendor shall operate the Skywood attraction in accordance with the terms and conditions that will be set out in the procurement document. The Vendor will also be required to prepare an operating dossier for review by SLPC and approval from TSSA under which it operates the attraction.

The operation and maintenance will also include admissions/booking, sales of merchandise, customer service; aerial/zipline course maintenance, facility and ground maintenance.
