Description

BCNET is issuing this NRFP on behalf of the Purchasing Consortium and Members. Therefore, BCNET will manage and administer the NRFP process on behalf of the Purchasing Consortium and Members. The selected proponent(s) will deliver Recruitment Services that meet or exceed the objectives set out in the NRFP.

The categories of the service requirement are:
· Administrative Staffing Recruitment
· IT Staffing Recruitment

The rated Evaluation Weighting Criteria are:
· Experience and Qualifications = 40 points
· Methodology and processes = 15 points
· Corporate Social Responsibility = 10 points
· Customer Management and Support = 10 points
· Price = 19 points
· Reference = 6 points

NRFP Timetable
· Issue Date of RFP: July 16, 2021
· Deadline for Questions: August 04, 2021 at 14:00
· Deadline for Issuing Addenda: August 06, 2021
· Deadline for Intent to Respond: August 06, 2021
· Submission Deadline: August 13, 2021 @ 14:00 (PST)
· Rectification Period: Two (2) business days
· Anticipated Ranking of Proponents completion: September 10, 2021
· Contract Negotiation completion: September 24, 2021
