DND has a requirement for a Contractor to provide up to 42 single and double occupancy rooms in the Arnprior ON. area during the 30 August - 22 October, 2021 timeframe.

Multiple contracts may be awarded if a single bidder cannot provide the maximum number of rooms required.

This RFP requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the RFP entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFP entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
