Description

The Board of Education of School District No 43 (Coquitlam), hereinafter referred to as the "Board", is seeking to engage the Services of a fully qualified Contractor, with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capability, and resources for the cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems and fume hoods at various Board locations.

The term of this Contract will be for three (3) years. Prices are to remain firm for the term. This Contract may be extended for a further two (2) terms of one (1) year each, subject to the mutual agreement of both parties on price and service.
