Description

The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified and experienced Engineering Services firms for the Cardiff Bypass project.
Services may include, but not be limited to, the following: Alignment Options, Review of Existing Reports, Land acquisition, Aquatic and Environmental, Shallow and Deep Utility, Traffic Analysis and Recommendations, Topographical Survey, Geotechnical Investigations, and Preliminary Engineering Drawings and Report.
