Description

The work at the HLPS #3 North and South Reservoirs includes:
• Removal of existing roof surfacing materials including site landscaping as indicated.
• Installation of a new waterproofing system on the existing reservoir roofs including a new green roof.
• Removal and replacement of sealant at existing joints throughout the reservoir roofs.
• Replacement of site landscaping as indicated.

The City’s intent is to award the work for both Reservoirs, but due to funding requirements may elect only to proceed with the South Reservoir in 2021. If the North Reservoir cannot be funded in 2021, then the City may or may not elect to proceed with the North Reservoir in 2022 based upon the successful contractor’s bid and approved funding.
