Description

The purpose of this Request for Tender (the "RFT") is to solicit Tenders for mechanical upgrades to Building 300 on VIU's Nanaimo campus.

In lieu of an optional site tour led by VIU, contractors who are interested may contact VIU to arrange an optional self-guided tour of Building 300 located at 900 Fifth Street, Nanaimo, BC.

1. Complete all questions in the “FSCD COVID Policy Check-In” form for each individual who will attend VIU before every visit to a VIU-owned site.
2. Email completed form to Kevin Winiski (VIU Project Manager) prior to attending the site.
3. You must receive written approval from your VIU Project Manager prior to attending the site.
4. Once approval has been granted, follow the check-in procedure in the policy.
