Description

The City of Calgary (The City) invites experienced and qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the purchase of High Speed Class 1 Inertial Laser Profiler, Ground Penetration Radar (GPR), & Road Right of Way Camera equipment acquisition.

The City has Pavement data collection Program and is intending to:
Replace the existing Class 1 Laser Profiling equipment.
Aquire Ground Penetration Radar (GPR) equipment for the purpose of pavement asset inventory and QA for pavement layer thicknesses at posted speeds.
Acquiring a Right-of-Way Imaging Camera.
The City has a Ford Transit 350 Van and all equipment will be mounted on the mentioned vehicle.

This project intends to acquire High Speed Class 1 Inertial Laser Profiler, Ground Penetration Equipment (GPR) capable of capturing data at posted speeds, and a road right-of-way imaging camera for georeferenced measurements and for asset inventory.
