HVAC SERVICES CONTRACTOR
Scope of Work
The St. Lawrence Parks Commission (SLPC) requires the services of a licensed gas, propane and refrigeration Contractor to provide repairs and maintenance to all HVAC and refrigeration equipment within the Crysler Park Area.

The Contractor must have qualified staff available to work within the specified notification time if required by the SLPC, on an “as required” basis during the period April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2024.

The Contractor must be available within 72 hours of advance notice for scheduled work at the regular hourly rate, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Contractor will not necessarily be required to work a full day
