Description

This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is issued by the University of Victoria ("UVic") to obtain Proposals from qualified suppliers wishing to supply a comprehensive Alumni and Donor Engagement Software solution for UVic Alumni and Development. UVic expects a privacy and security compliant turnkey SaaS solution that offers comprehensive functionality including online donations and fundraising, email marketing and analytics, and event registration and ticketing. UVic expects an in-service date of 1 November 2022.

This RFP is expected to result in a five (5) year Agreement with the option of one five (5) year extension at UVic's discretion to a maximum term of ten (10) years as negotiated with an anticipated maximum value of $700k CAD. This RFP is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement ("CFTA") and the EU-Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement ("CETA").
