Description

The Treasury Board Secretariat (the “Ministry”) is conducting an open competitive procurement process (RFB) to select a vendor to provide a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition solution. The RFB is for the procurement of a solution that is expected to be modern, integrated, and allow for the automation of key components of the talent acquisition process, including but not limited to, the sourcing, hiring and deployment of talent across the Ontario Public Service (OPS).
Scope of Work
The Ministry expects that the talent acquisition solution will provide a modern, device agnostic, positive User experience for all internal and external Users, integration and/or interface with external systems and internal OPS systems, ability to automate processes, ability to scale the system based on demands, ability to manage all of the hiring steps, allows for gathering of service quality information throughout hiring and after the hiring process and includes a centralized Job Seeker profile database.

The expected solution will automate tasks for internal Users, serve as the central service for talent acquisition processes and data, and allow for role-based access and privileges.  

This would be a solution-based service operated by OPS with service support by the vendor.
