Re: Micro Strategies Inc. Litera Workshare Compare and Protect MetaDact License Subscription and Support Renewal

Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver ("City") of its intent to contract with Micro Strategies Inc. for the provision of Litera Workshare Compare and Protect MetaDact license subscription and support renewal.

Litera Workshare Compare software is used for the comparison of documents and Litera Protect MetaDact is used for the stripping of metadata from, and compression and encryption of email attachments. This software is used by the City's Legal Department and requires software subscription and support renewal which protects the City's investment.

Litera is the manufacturer of the software and as such, they have allowed Micro Strategies Inc. to provide software subscription and support renewal for our licenses.

TERM: 1 year

The contract is valued at approximately $11,400 USD per year.
