Description

The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from RFEOI and Pre-qualification for Demolition Contractors #162-09/17, Re-openings #187-10/18 and #176-08/20 to complete the specified Work. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.

Only the following Pre-Qualified General Contractors will be invited to tender this project:

· 3R Demolition Corp.
· MWL Demolition LTD.
· Pacific Blasting & Demolition Ltd.
· T&T Demolition LTD
· Clearview Demolition Ltd.
· Division 2 Contracting Ltd.

An OPTIONAL site visit for this Tender will be held on May 11th, 2022 commencing at 10:30 AM. Tenderers are requested to meet on job site and shall wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the duration of the site visit. Further, the City recommends that attendees wear non-medical grade masks for the duration of the site visit. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the City requests that visitors fill out the Attachment M - COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit and email to Purchasing.
