Description

Enterprise Resource Planning - System Implementation Partner - The RFP is issued by the OSC to solicit competitive Proposals from respondents for the provision of a System Implementation (“SI”) partner for the Workday software solution (the “Solution”). This implementation will provision a modern back-office system at the OSC, which currently has multiple legacy systems supporting the back-office processes. The selected respondent (the “SI Partner”) must have the ability to lead and execute all four major phases/ activities of this initiative that follows the standard Workday deployment methodology:

(1) Planning: Planning the Solution implementation (including reviewing all existing systems, integrations required, and processes, and proposing new processes and an implementation plan).
(2) Architecting and Configuring: Architecting and configuring the Solution to meet OSC requirements.
(3) Testing: Testing Solution and planning for production deployment.
(4) Deployment and Production Support: Deploying Solution to production and providing operational support.
