Description

The City has an Open Lease Space for the purpose of a “Food Concession” available for lease in the recently expanded and modernized BSRC.

The City of Beaumont is inviting submissions to an EOI to operate a Food Concession at the designated location identified as Food Concession #2 in Appendix B located within the BSRC.

Food #2: 263.5 square foot

It is noted that Food Concession #1 is currently leased and operating under the name of At The Spot Ltd. The City will not be accepting proposals by Proponents who request exclusivity for the goods or services in leasing this space.
