Mandatory Site Conditions and Investigation Meeting:
As a condition of Award of this Contract, it is mandatory that a representative of the Tenderer participate in a Job Scope Review meeting at Site. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that its representative participates in the on-site Tender review meeting and is registered as having attended. The Tender review meeting will be held at the Belledune Generating Station, 1558 Main Street, Belledune, New Brunswick, on July 19th, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Tenderers must pre-register for the
meeting and will at that time receive instructions and details for the meeting. The contact person for pre-registration and conference call instructions is Bill Chase, email: bchase@nbpower.com, CC Raja Farooq, email:rfarooq@nbpower.com. The Tenderer shall not claim at any time after the submission of the Tender, or the subsequent execution of the Contract, that there was any misunderstanding with regard to the Site conditions imposed by the Contract. NOTE: Perso
nal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required as there will be a Site walkdown after the Tender Review Meeting.
The successful tenderer will be required to subscribe to the Contractor Information Management System (www.isnetworld.com). For more information please see the requirements set out in the Safety Regulations of this tender.
Please be advised: Bid results will not be posted to NBON until the contract has been awarded.

Comme condition d'attribution de ce contrat, il est obligatoire qu'un représentant du soumissionnaire participe à une réunion d'examen de la portée du travail sur le site. Le soumissionnaire est responsable de s'assurer que son représentant participe à la réunion d'examen des offres sur place et qu'il est enregistré comme y ayant assisté. La réunion d'examen des soumissions aura lieu à la centrale de Belledune, 1558, rue Main, Belledune, Nouveau-Brunswick, le 19 juillet 2022 de 13h00 à 16h00.
Les soumissionnaires doivent s'inscrire à l'avance pour la réunion et recevront à ce moment les instructions et les détails de la réunion. Le soumissionnaire ne pourra prétendre à aucun moment après la soumission de l'offre
