Description

The Township of Black River-Matheson is sourcing quotations from a competent contracting firm to carry out the following:

Demolish and dispose of the storage building attached to the Thelma Miles located at 374 Hough Rd, Matheson, ON
Demolish and dispose of the wooden mine shaft located on the premises
Repair the existing Museum building exterior wall to code after demolition of the storage building
Retain the slab under the storage building during and after demolition
Pictures for reference attached as “Schedule A”

Site visits to the structure for the review of demolition, removal of debris and repair is required.
