7794 - HVAC Contractor Services, Master Contract

The City requires a contractor to provide a variety of HVAC services on an as-needed, scheduled and on-call basis at various locations (such as industrial or administrative buildings) throughout Kelowna. The Contractor will be responsible for, but not limited to, furnishing all services required to install, erect, connect, test and repair HVAC systems and equipment. Work will generally be scheduled during normal contractor working hours but may be scheduled outside of normal working hours in emergency situations. Approximately $200,000 is typically spent on HVAC services annually, although this volume is dependent on budget and need.
