Description

The WCB is seeking a Contractor to complete a Residential Home Modification Project in Marwayne, Alberta as per the specifications and drawings contained in this IFB. The project will consist of:
1. Supply and installation of all material and systems described herein for the interior modifications to the existing 1597 square foot bungalow with a 176 square foot proposed new addition, as indicated on drawings for barrier free accessibility.
2. Relocate the existing vertical lift toward the West on a new concrete pad as indicated on the drawings.
3. Reconfigure the existing deck and extend around the proposed new addition as per drawings.
4. Provide a new concrete drive pad and sidewalks around the house on the West side and to the existing fire pit area.
5. Installation of all mechanical, electrical system modifications in accordance with the requirements outlined on the drawings.
6. Replace flooring throughout as indicated on the drawings.
7. Project to be completed in Two Phases:
a. Phase 1: Modifications to the existing Ensuite.
b. Phase 2: Completion of all other interior modifications new addition and exterior site improvements as indicated on the drawings.
8. The intent of this project is to meet the “CSA B651-18 Accessible Design For the Built Environment.”
