Description

The Province is seeking an innovative, user-centric, and modernized enterprise internet-based Video Visitation System for use at Alberta Correctional Centres, which aims to provide an efficient method of Video Visitation between Inmates and their personal and professional visitors.

The Province has a requirement to implement an enterprise Video Visitation System at the Edmonton Remand Centre (ERC) with the option to deliver the Video Visitation System at up to nine (9) additional Correctional Centres during the Contract. Implementation of the Video Visitation System at additional Correctional Centres may be done as a single project or multiple projects during the Contract.
