Description

MacEwan University requires survey/feedback platforms for the following business areas:
• The Human Resources department (“HR”) requires a system that will manage the collection of feedback from students about their instructors. This feedback is stored in summary form on the instructor record in our HR system.
• Research Services Office (“Research”) and Institutional Analysis and Planning (“IAP”) require a flexible and configurable survey tool to be used for various information gathering activities.

HR and Research/IAP each have their own, but overlapping, sets of functional requirements for survey/feedback functionality. Proponents are invited to respond to this RFP, proposing a solution for either HR or Research/IAP requirements. If Proponents believe they have solution(s) suitable for both sets of requirements, they may propose for each set of requirements. To be clear, proponents should respond to either the HR requirements or Research/IAP requirements or respond to each set of requirements if they feel they have solution(s) suitable for each.
