Description

Replacement and upgrade of the air handler components and associated equipment in the basement of Mackenzie Hall. Mackenzie Hall is a fully occupied student residence that is fully occupied annually from September through April and partially occupied May through August. The contractor must minimize the impact of disruption to those affected by any outages in Ventilation, heating, selective demolition etc.
